Squirrel Girl is a playable character in LEGO Marvel Super Heroes and is voiced by Tara Strong.

Role in the Story

Squirrel Girl has no role in the central storyline, but is an additional unlock that requires a magnetic character.

Doreen Green is a mutant with the power to telepathically control squirrels. As Squirrel Girl, Green made her superhero debut assisting Iron Man against Doctor Doom. She went on to battle and (astonishingly) vanquish other super-villains, like Thanos, M.O.D.O.K., and Deadpool. Squirrel Girl is a member of the Great Lakes Avengers, had an unexplored history with Wolverine, and is self-appointed defender of New York's parks.

Squirrel Girl has brown hair, black markings beneath her eyes, a tan shirt, a leotard made from brown fur, a brown utility belt with a yellow buckle, tan leggings, and brown fur boots.

  • Gliding: Squirrel Girl has brown armpit-gliders which allow her to soar through the air.
  • Squirrel Throwing: She can launch squirrels as projectiles, which count as explosives and will destroy silver objects.
  • Squirrel Bomb: She can cause squirrels to cover all nearby non-boss and non-giant enemies. When she releases the squirrels, it instantly kills those enemies.
  • Digging: Though she does not possess claws, Squirrel Girl can dig into piles of dirt in the manner of Wolverine, Beast or Sabertooth

  • Arthur Parsons, Game Director of LEGO Marvel Super Heroes, claims that "for a minifigure, Squirrel Girl is pretty hot."
